Feel on 静坐for pass few days…
Initial feel 气 (I think so) flow from throat to chest area.
Got static feel @ 后脑 area then slowly cover up to neck area.
Upper back got pressure then throbbing feel (think behind chest area, the feel lost when try to locate the position)
右掌心 got static feel n like got 气 flowing out.
Sometime feel the warm 气 flow from inner body to outer body rather then previously feel (outer body was cover by the warm 气)
Did SOP…
During GYFM, at 1 time feel tat 3rd eye chakra n center of back head was linked (left side of the face feel static/num) n then flow down to throat n 下巴 area.
Back(龙骨) few points got static feel.
SOP done.
GYFM.. head feel like expanding n contracting, whole process feel warm.
forehead n back-head feel pressure n static, chest area got ‘qi’ kind of feel.
